At مركز حافة الجمال للتزين النسائي (Beauty Edge) we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data beautyedgectr.com collects, why, and how it is handled, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

What we collect

When you book we collect: your name, mobile number, and booking details (branch, service, time). OTP verification means we process your mobile number to send a one-time code. We collect no payment data — the site takes no online payments.

Legal basis

We process your data to fulfil your request (completing and communicating about your booking), and with your explicit consent where you opt in to marketing messages (unchecked by default).

Where data lives

Booking records are stored in the center's own site database; invoicing records live in Daftra, the center's management system, acting as our data processor. Access is limited to authorized staff, who see phone numbers masked by default — full reveals are logged.

Retention

OTP codes are deleted within minutes of expiry; send logs keep only hashed phone numbers for abuse prevention. Identifying details on completed bookings (name and mobile number) are automatically erased two years (730 days) after the visit; on cancelled or missed bookings after 180 days — what remains is anonymous statistics. Invoicing records in Daftra follow the statutory tax-invoicing retention periods.

Cookies

Essential cookies only: a language preference and a "trusted device" cookie after OTP verification to ease your next booking. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics collecting personal data.

Your rights
